CUSTOM CAKES
All Special Customized Cake Orders must be placed 7 Days in advance (with Full Payment) before the desired pick-up date
CATERING
We need a minimum of 24 hours notice for all orders
We require a minimum of $50.00 for catering delivery orders
WEDDING CAKES
All Special Wedding Cake Orders must be placed 30 Days in advance (with Full Payment) before Wedding Cake Delivery Date
Deposits
All orders require a 50% non refundable deposit, must be made at time of order
Changes to order
Customers have up to 72 hours prior to pick up time to make changes. we cannot guarantee any additional flavors will be available if changes are made.
Refunds
If upon pick up, the customer is not satisfied with cake they will be issued a refund of 30% of their original order. Upon pick up of cake adjustments to the cake can be made for additional charge. once cake leaves Ravens Creations you can bring it back in for design adjustments for an additional charges well.we are not responsible for any damage occurring during transport,set up or anytime after.
